Dialogue Yoga for Children (ages 12 - 18 years).

Dialogue Yoga is a process through which everybody can learn, grow,
heal and become a scholar of themselves. It is also valuable in preventing misbehaviors and can guarantee a sane and happy life.

In the case of our children the importance of this is dramatic for
two reasons.
Dialogue Yoga for kids is Big Mind for children

Firstly, they are our future.
Secondly, because they are the future of our planet they are now entering a time in which the choices they are about to make are going
to be essential for our collective tomorrows.

It is our responsibility, therefore. to give our offspring all the means available to us in order to provide them the best chance of success.
I know that all this sounds beautiful, but where do we begin? This is a good question, which Dialogue Yoga is going to answer.

The very first place to start is to get to know the self. In order to evolve it is essential to know who you are at this fundamental level; to know who is the one that has to evolve and how to actually make that happen. With the engaging and interactive process of Dialogue Yoga, we dissect the self in order to know more about the self. We work with every part that comprises us and we let them talk, literally!

Dialogue Yoga currently has 4 levels. Advancing from Level I - Opening, to Level IV - Awakening naturally occurs as you master each of voices in each level.

We listen to their point of view and we see their perspective on life, which can be as right as ours, just different. Just like in a business, where we have experts to work on every aspect of the company, we have voices that are specialists in every aspect of life. We also have to know, at the end of the day, who is in charge and how to allow some space for its wisdom in our daily lives.

When we make a choice we are often not sure of who is making it or what the basis for that choice is. Sometimes we just feel our way to decisions, sometimes we look for what is going to make us happy or we try to avoid what is going to make us unhappy (and in the moment, we often want instant gratification). Sometimes we ask for the opinions of others, whose lives are living examples of what we want to prevent or we use our past experience to decide what has “worked or not”.

But do we see our true motives and intentions or whose, in fact, they really are? Other times we make choices according to social conditioning and the feeling of (false) security that may be driving us in a particular direction.

Kids are especially influenced by trends, bullies, and peer pressure, which can mold their choice accordingly. Often we do not know what is driving our decisions and the fear of the unknown can paralyze the self and prevent it from evolving and expressing its full potential.

All of this only directs us to what the Buddha called “The wheel of suffering”; we all go around and around on the same wheel for our entire lives; it looks like there is nothing else other than that. If we do ask about it we are most likely going to be told that “this is life” or that “this
is how it works”.

With Dialogue Yoga we discover who has been driving our life until now and who had been making choices for us (even if we thought we did). In the case of children this discovery opens a whole new world of possibilities.

What if we can give our future this clarity from this point in time, before they, too, get stuck on this wheel? What if we can give our children the clarity, understanding and vision of who they are and the power to direct their intentions to manifestation? We may just save them years of unneeded confusion, anxiety, doubt, and conflict.

Dialogue Yoga for kids delivers clarity on:

Discovering their purpose in life from this very moment.
Avoiding unnecessary conflict and suffering.
Taking responsibility for their choices with confidence.
Defining their strengths and weaknesses.

With Dialogue Yoga, kids will also learn:

To interact with others and deal well with peer pressure.
To communicate more effectively with parents and teachers.
To treat and respect others and the world from a perspective of compassion.

As the facilitator of the Dialogue Yoga process (see my full biography).
I am trained to work with all of these aspects in a safe and pleasant environment in which the kids become their own teachers; and at the end of the day, their own Masters.

The beauty of this process is that there is nothing to teach, but only create the appropriate conditions to allow the space for our natural inner wisdom to talk and to be heard. That is my job, to open that space in which this awareness emerges.

We are going to work with concrete voices that will give the most benefit to each individual goals and dreams. The voices will be made easy to understand many of which the children will have to face in a near future, if they are not already doing so. After this process I will provide them with some simple recommendations so they can follow it at home if needed.

We are entering a new century and millennium; we are now tasting the emergence of a completely new awareness in the world. Our options are wide open and it is our responsibility to let our descendants know that there is a whole new dimension of possibilities awaiting them.

It is in our hands to change the world and it is in our hands to open this door to our future to the hopeful voices of the future. This is our challenge and our liability. Are you in?
